Eula for Skyline Version: “Pro”
Multi Use License - depending on how many times you can activate your license.
Commercial License – You can create and sell your games / applications with this version.


Thank you for downloading and installing Skyline Game Engine – “Pro”.


"license" - refers to the serial number you received by purchasing Skyline Game Engine.
"serial number" - this is the activation code to access the commercial versions of skyline.


PLEASE READ THIS SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT ("LICENSE") CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING THIS SOFTWARE. BY USING Aurasoft UK SOFTWARE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE, DO NOT USE, INSTALL, OR DOWNLOAD THIS SOFTWARE. THIS SOFTWARE MAY NOT BE SOLD, TRANSFERRED, OR FURTHER DISTRIBUTED BY ANYONE OR ANYTHING OTHER THAN THE SKYLINE GAME ENGINE DEVELOPMENT TEAM and Aurasoft UK.


This is a "Pro" version of the Skyline Game Engine, which allows you to sell your game or application commercially and earn as much as you want without having to purchase further licensing once your game / application has been released. Terms and conditions apply to some included libraries though.


If you do not own a serial number for the Skyline Game Engine “Pro” version, then there is no point in proceeding installing this application or if you have a license for “Studio Pro”, then please use the other installer.
If you have no licenses for “Pro” or “Studio Pro”, then please purchase a license from the store, or download the Skyline “Lite” Version installer which is free but non-commercial.
This is for “Pro” purchased licenses only.


Upgrading / Migrating From Other Skyline Versions


Since there is no purchasable license before the Skyline “Pro” version, then you just receive the rights associated to you in this agreement. Skyline “Pro” does not have all the features that are supported in Skyline “Studio Pro”; so only this license will apply for you.


This license is upgradable to the Skyline “Studio Pro” version, but once upgraded, you cannot downgrade. Another Skyline “Pro” licensed would have to be purchased.


Update releases and Auto updates


Your engine is allowed to update to the latest version as long as you have the update license with active dates for updating. If not, then you will have access to the last version that was released when you updates ran out. You can purchase an additional years license of updates for the “Pro” version at https://aurasoft-skyline.co.uk/skyline-license-options.

Limitations and liability

Any Trademarks, logos, banners or images pertaining to Skyline belong to Aurasoft UK & Skyline Game Engine and may not be used without our written consent and must not be misrepresented.
